Question: What are a list of things I can do to relieve stress or just make me feel happy?
The stress I get makes my face break out and look oily & disgusting. This makes me even more stressed out. I'm not that enthusiastic a person, and tend to be naturally quiet & reserved. what can I do to relieve stress quickly or simply make me feel happy? ( a list would be good :D)

Hang with friends, alone time, popcorn and a movie, sex/masterbate, a walk outside where there's no rush, listening to slow music (country, classical, nature) a bath or lay in the shower, a nap, eat healthy stuff randomly, just sit and think and stare, take a drive in the country, vacations.
