How can I beat my internet addiction?!
Question: How can I beat my internet addiction?
But I mean it.
Answers:
Block sites that suck up too much of your time. I've blocked facebook on my computer, and I've been 200% more productive ever since.
Certainly not by asking a question here, that will require you to stay on the internet in order to read the answers.
But why SHOULD you try to curb your fondness of the internet?
It is not harmful, doesn't hurt anyone, and you can learn lots of information from it.
I would say enjoy it, and don't try to stop doing something that brings you pleasure, as there are not many things in today's human society that can do that like the internet can.
If you were serious about this you would just stop.
You can't have that weak of a will, can you?
I smoked cigarettes for a large portion of my life. 4 packs a day.
My wife told me one day that I should stop, and I just stopped. I just threw away my cigarettes and stopped smoking on the spot.
After you're done reading your responses, go outside and enjoy nature. Read a book. Meet some friends whose lives DON'T revolve around Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo! and Tumblr.
