Question: Is there a website that helps determine how much sleep i personally need?
im trying to establish a healthier lifestyle and want to know how much sleep i personally need, based on my personal factors like age, weight, etc. is there a website that helps me figure that out?

HI, sleep requirements are different for different people, the average is 8hrs. If a person tries to sleep too much they never really go into a deep enough sleep to do any good and will be tired. If you do not get enough sleep you will naturally feel tired. There are cases where people function on 1 hour of sleep a night and some people need 20 hours a night to function properly. Find your own sleep requirements and stick to them.
