Im 21 & i feel lost & alone & lately suicide has been goin through m!


Question: Im 21 & i feel lost & alone & lately suicide has been goin through my mind like crazy what should i do?

Dear Alex Perez,The feelings that you have may have to do with diet and no form of exercise,putting that aside maybe you are in need of just placing your feelings on paper(a form of getting it all out)this way you are expelling everything say anything..try screaming into a pillow..take a long walk or start running.many people your age have a feeling of worthlessness and bouts of suicide,life is not easy and it is what we make of it.you are not alone and i recommend that you find something challenging to do,be it away from home or at school or work.you need to talk to someone if the above is not you.but this is a really scary thing when one thinks of killing themselves,usually it is a form of asking for help,volunteer at a hospital or anywhere else.just remember feelings like yours are not crazy,they are natural and we all feel them,you just have the guts to admit to them,and that there tells me that you are smarter than you think.good luck,and godspeed to you.

Suicide is not the answer!
By committing suicide your making a permanent solution to a temporary problem,
try talking to someone thats how i got away from trying really hard to kill myself.
I cut myself and now im left with scars that I try and hide as best as I can.
You've still got your whole life ahead of you, anything will happen if you really put your mind to it good or bad ok(:



Talk to someone you trust then go see a Dr. Your not crazy! Your life is a the only thing you can control in this world, so keep good care of it! I'm 26 and have suffered with depressions for 12 years, and what helped me was talking and writing in a notebook. More people suffer with this and there is help out there.



Cheer up :) Thinks Positive, Don't dwell on things that make you sad. Go see a doctor asp,your suffering from severe depression and may need treatment, they can help you, i suffer from depression too so i know.Get treatment and everything will be fine.also try to get out more even if it just for a walk,visit friends or family,get a pet,keep yourself busy.

I've felt the same way..some days I was SOO close to actually killing myself. I have no real friends but I have a child I'm sure you have someone to live for also. Whether it be family or friends. Talk to me email me..keep yourself busy watch funny shows..exercise do anything to keep your mind from wandering to negative things good luck!



First of All, We have to think that God has Give this Life First & Last only one Time....So Make it useful.
