is it important to mention that i cut again to my psychiatrist and therapist?!

Question: Is it important to mention that i cut again to my psychiatrist and therapist?
its just a single very small cut on my thumb that i did to test if a knife was sharp enough a few days ago, i expect it to be fully healed and not noticeable by my next psych appointment in 5 days which will be too see if my dosage needs to be increased or if i need a med change (im on 20 mg celexa right now)

Answers:

If the cut wasn't anything to do with your mental state, then it's irrelevant. Don't mention it. However, if it was to see how sharp it was in respect of possible future use on yourself, them you must.

Yes you need to tell. After all that is why you are going, isn't it? One little slip is a slide on the way back to what brought you to the therapist.

So, tell, tell, tell.

God Bless

Under such circumstances, it is better if you go to the psychiatrist along with any of your trustworthy friends or relatives.

own

change your situation maybe that will help sometimes the medication isn't needed
and you should say something about the cutting

Well not everybody cuts themselves to see if the knife is sharp, tell them, they're there to help you.

if that really is what happened, dont tell
