thank you soo much really helped i will try some of this i had a caffine addiction for ages so maybe that might of been it i stop drinking caffine now but it got to the point where i got really bad mood swings everyday and snaped quite alot so so thank you soo much cheers (:



caffuene effects everyone differently, usually energy drinks should be avoided by panic attack sufferers as they can cause a panic attack
