Help! How do I keep from getting stabbing headaches from stressful thoughts?!

Question: Help! How do I keep from getting stabbing headaches from stressful thoughts?
I find it hard to relax sometimes. I can't memorize mathematical formulas. When fears about a unconventional relationship I'm in or career demands get into my mind, I start getting those stressful headaches.

I like complicated things, but it's starting to get ugly.

I'd say that you can get stressed out, even by things that you like if you continually obsess over them. At that point then it might be better to take a nap, walk watch some tv, or just work out some breathing excercises

Mental or emotional health refers to your overall psychological well-being-the way you feel about yourself, the quality of your relationships, and your ability to manage your feelings an deal with difficulties and not be overwhelmed by them. That's doesn't mean you can never be angry or sad. It means meeting life's inevitable challenges and leading productive & fulfilling lives. When bad things happen, you should know how to bounce back and move on !!

So, We should give ...some .. Time For Ourselves !!

Love yourself. It is important that we should take care of yourself, do things we enjoy--things that we are passionate about. when we put yourself last on the priority, we are not going to able to maintain good psychological health.

Spend some reflection time in nature, by the water, or even among people, but it's paramount to keep yourself semi-removed from others, as this time is exclusively for you. read a book, Enjoy a cup of tea, Introspect yourself, these solitary interludes are very important. Imagining yourself on a desert island is an excellent image to hold onto during these solitary interludes....Choose something special for yourself weekly, and indulge. It could be a treat, a spa bath, a new outfit, a sporting event or a drive to the park.

Whatever relationship, activity or situation brings discouragement to your life, it its best to avoid it. Be active in the activities that make u laugh and provide u with good spirits. Enjoy the moments that allow u to be happy. Relax. Listen to soothing music, read a book or do some activity. Schedule time to volunteer or participate in an activity you enjoy.

Art is an excellent activity to relax the mind as well. Praying, walking or massage therapy can also be positive ways to relax. Your mental health will benefit from being happy.

In Summary, we can say..
we are the directors of our body's output, and that includes our thoughts directing how life will play out. Actively pursuing mental health takes as much work as relationships, and one with ourselves is important. The good news is that there are many things you can do to boost your mood, build resilience, and get more enjoyment out of life.
