Was he playing hard to get or is he just an attention seeker?!

Question: Was he playing hard to get or is he just an attention seeker?
I had sex with him on the first night (I know, I know. HUGE mistake. I seriously did not know what I was thinking, but it already hapenned, so just please don't be rude, plus he already knew I was a virgin, and I do NOT sleep around). He kind of hinted on me for a second 'date' after we left and he did asked me out another night, but I blew him off because I wasnt feeling well. After a week, I asked him out again, but this time he blew me off saying he already had plans with the dudes. So ever since that, I feel that he would desperately try to grab my attention like he would stand in my view and talk to his friends without even glancing over, and (pretend?) to be on the phone when I walk past him and won't even look at me, and once, when my friend and I were talking in the hallway, he walked right inbetween us! And also, other times, he would give me a smile or raise his eye brows. WTF is up with him? Why would he act like that?
PS: During the entire time we texted, he would take 10 whole minutes to reply back. I did the same too coz hello! He's clearly playing hard to get, isn't it?? So why can't I not?

Answers:

It sounds like you blowing him off really hurt his feelings. Maybe he really did have plans with his friends and got even more upset when you didn't make an attempt to see him again.

You had sex with him, and then you vanished for who knows how many days without contact. He probably felt used, or that you didn't like him or something.

I don't know why its your first instinct to assume that he's doing it for attention.

He wants to be wanted, and from what you explained, everything you do around him appears to show disinterest.

Make the first move, explain that you didn't blow him off, and that you like him, and his personality will return to normal.
