Question: Does watching porn effects bodybuilding? What advise can be given to bodybuilder if he/she asks this?
Answers:

No, it doesn't. Masturbation is normal, healthy (it can even have positive effects for men), and it's a great stress reliever. It is natural. Whether or not you're exercising regularly, you shouldn't be worried.
Myth #1 - It makes you weak.
No it doesn't. If you masturbated often, you might feel a little drained, but you're perfectly healthy.
Myth#2 - It damages your eyesight.
No, it doesn't! If it did, every man would be wearing glasses, even those who didn't masturbate, because you would still have wet dreams.
Myth#3 - It takes away some of the man's natural energy
No, it doesn't! When a man feels tired after sex, that's a natural response caused by different hormones. It doesn't mean that you get weaker.

Do you mean sitting around watching porn and not exercising? Of course that will have an effect on bodybuilding. Now....if you watch porn while you do a regular exercise program it shouldn't have any serious results with regard to your "bodybuilding" but I would not recommend that you do that in a public gym. If you do, I suggest you wear some very baggy work-out pants.

If your training seriously, you need to focus on training well, eating well and resting well.

Porn will disrupt your focus on these things and make you unhappy. Porn is a substitute stimulus for those who's sex life is lacking. If your sex life is satisfactory, you don't need porn.

That it makes not a jot of difference.

GP for more years than I care to remember

porn is for desperate people
