exercise, and dont eat lots, drink plenty of water, and dont eat loads of junk.
For exercise, if you have no specific goal, just go jogging, two or three times a week, and maybe do some crunches and push ups- nothing extreme.
If you do want to get stronger etc, get some weights or a pull up bar, and use those.
Drink 10 glasses of water, No more than 1500 hundred calories, and exercise 30 minutes a day.
