Join the military, they will keep you fit, correct nutrition, and exercise is important as well, however the only way to better yourself is to not give up, you need to push yourself to your breaking point and then go a foot further.

For an example if you cannot run for long distances, run until you cannot run anymore, then run another mile. That's when you gain true strength. Mentally and physically.

I say join the military because that is what I did, and I lost my gut, I'm physically happy now. Trust me, it works out fine. You don't have to join but go and talk to an Army recruiter about PT, they will explain what you need to do. It's their job, As far as I know all Army recruiting stations have PT at least once a week, go and join them for it. It will help you out.

It's what I did.



Spiritually- Accept Jesus to live in your heart. Ask forgiveness for your sins and believe that Jesus dying on the cross is the only way to get to Heaven and God.

Physically- Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables (at least 5 servings)
Eat lots of whole grains and proteins.
Stop eating so much artificial sugar. (processed goods such as cake and ice cream)

red meat, eat more chicken with skin off, and fish., more fiber in your diet, no smoking, no drinking.
Avoid direct sun, and exercise.



Join Yoga classes. In yoga, they teach lot of physical and mental exercises to keep your body and mind fit, trim and strong.
