What's wrong with me? Mental disorder?!

Question: What's wrong with me? Mental disorder?
I'm 16. I know I have OCD, I have to touch things a certain amount of times, or I feel like if I'm thinking a certain thought about someone while touching an object then I'm leaving the person I'm thinking about on the object when I walk away.. Seems to happen in shops a lot when I pick something up, then I feel like I have to purchase it, I used to scrub my hands raw every time I touched anything I thought was unclean, but that seems to be settling down.
Now, it's something else.. I get horrible mood swings, take then out on people and am ruining my relationship with my mother because of this.
I also don't let myself look forward to things or be positive with anything because I feel like I am jinxing it.
For example, I hadn't seen my boyfriend for a whole week and we had plans to meet on Saturday, and all day Friday I spent trying to get the thought out of my mind because I think if I look forward to something too much or envision it going well and to plan, the opposite will happen.
I'm always down and my boyfriend says I'm the most negative person he's ever met.
I don't know what to do.. I try not to show this side of me to my friends and boyfriend, but seem to take it all out on my family. My mother doesn't believe in medication or anything like that, and I don't think she even knows that I have a problem - she just thinks I am a moody teenager.
What can I do? Please help

Answers:

We cannot diagnose you, but please seek help.

As you are 16, you are able to see your doctor confidentially - he or she will not tell your parents unless you pose an immediate risk to yourself or to others. This is in the United Kingdom.

If you live outside the UK, then see your doctor if you are able to, and if not, talk to a trusted adult who you know will support you.

hard to say, at 16 you will be very moody anyway but it could be bipolar but i wouldnt bet on it yet.

have bi polar 2
