so i stopped seeing this girl about a month and a half ago. when we broke up it was a clean break and ive only seen her once since than. the last time i saw her, she need a ride home from somewhere and this was about two weeks ago.
ever since i gave her that ride home, ive been going nuts i swear. ill smell her scent on me all the time. in my hands and clothes. even when i go to sleep my pillow smells like her. around three times a day i will smell her vagina out of the blue (thats actually why im asking this question, because it just happened again).
one morning in the shower i thought my penis smelled like her vagina. its just not possible that im actually smelling her, and its starting to bother me.
is there anything i can do. her face is constantly in the back of my head its driving me insane.

Lol yeah ive been through the same thing, its not cool i know. Right starting now, take all your clothes, bed sheets and throw them in the wash. And take everything that reminds you of her and throw it away. That's one problem out the way, the rest will go away over time TRUST ME
