Not feeling myself, explanations please? Help?!

Question: Not feeling myself, explanations please? Help?
For the past week I've just been feeling "off balance" or just not really myself
My skin has been acting strange, I've gotten a strange red, dry spot by my eye and I'm getting pimples (I hardly ever get pimples, I have mostly
clear skin)
My stomach has also been having a lot of discomfort (not cramps, not really a stomach ache... I can't exactly explain what it is, it's basically just discomfort in my lower stomach)
Also I've been getting easily agitated and stressed out over the littlest things

YES I know this sounds a lot like PMS but trust me, it isn't...
Is there any explanation as to what I'm going through or how I can fix it?
Sorry this is so long haha

There are so many things that could be causing you to feel this way. You may have a food allergy, or a vitamin deficiency. Are you getting enough sun? Are you drinking enough water, as dehydration can be a cause of these feelings.
We have to have a good amount of healthy foods and thoughts to feel 'balanced' couple that with exercise and healthy breathing to release endorphins that help us to feel good.
Hormones changes and medications can also make us feel out of sorts.
Stress can also play a large part in how we feel physically and emotionally. Stress can cause stomach upset.
I hope this has helped maybe you can look at a few of these factors and are able to say ahh ha that's what it is. Hope you feel better soon;-)

sounds like......STRESS!
Have you been sleeping late, eating a lot of junk food, having friendship problems, etc...?
That could be the problem.
You should go exercise, such as take a light job, go swim, or do yoga. Have your body RELAX and get it ON balance

Be careful what u eat. Just taking vitamins is not enough, although it is a good start. Try not to eat after six anything but apples, oatmeals, salads. it seems you need to detox ur body. No salt.
