Question: Questions about anxiety?
Do you always have to be having anxiety attack to be have anxiety symptoms cause here recently I haven't been having attacks but I've had tight chest a feel short of breath also for the last month I've been feeling weird conestley is it cause I'm so use to feeling like this that I don't get attacks and it's not my lungs or heart and also it gets tight around my ribs and another question can it affect you physically cause the last two months when I do a lot of physical work it causes this I have Zoloft that's mine do you think this will help thanks

Zoloft can help some but its an ssri for depression, if ur anxiety is from depression then yes it can help. The best treatment for panic/anxiety is cbt look it up.

And yes u can have ever body feeling without a full blown attack thats very normal if u r over coming the fear and dealing with the problem

Sound like you're still having the anxiety...it doesn't necessarily have to be an attack though, like Karis said. I'm on 150mg of Zoloft and it helps tremendously. I've had stress/anxiety/panic attack so bad one time, that I actually believed that I was having a heart attack!!! Went to the ER and no findings. I found myself a psychiatrist and began treatment.



No you dont have to have anxiety attacks all the time to havr anxiety. As for the rest im not sure, but im pretty sure that it can affect you physically.
