Showing this guy where I cut tomorrow?!

I dont kno if you cut for attention but reading this it seems as though you do. I hate people like that. it is not a game it is something very serious that can destroy your life. for me it was/is and addiction and it is something that i think about everyday. my whole arm is basically one giant scar b/c every single inch of my arm has been filled with cuts many many many times. its not a life you want to live and you making it seem as though it is a sick twisted game is ****** up. so let me get this right...you are going to go meet this guy and have some little game where you show each other your scars and tell the stories of each of them? you doing this is not only offensive to people who struggle with this addiction day in and day out but you are just ******* yourelf over in the long run. sharing scars with somebody will 1. make you think that cutting is something good or okay to do so you will think nothing is wrong so you will not want to stop and 2. you guys sharing cuts now will turn into a game that you will want to see who can cut the most or worst which is dumb because you will just cut worse and worse each time b/c you will try and prove that you are the "winner".

it doesnt seem like you are a true cutter so stop before it can turn into a serious life long addiction. I have not cut since feb. 4th. am I absolutely sure i want to stop cutting? hell yeah. does it still cross my mind every day and do i still get urges to cut? hell yeah. its not the joke that you are making it out to be sweety, get your self together before its too late. dont go see this guy, he is not your friend and he does care about your well-being.

Better show him the adress of a good child psychologist. And find one for yourself.

There are two reasons for cutting that I know of:
1. Severy psycholigical problems that need treatment.
2. You think it is cool to do so. Which is idiotic, you will never get rid of the scars all for the rest of your life people will think you have emotional problems and walk on eggshells around you.

No, but you'll look like a prat when your much older and the scars remain, after the condition has gone. Trust me - I know.
