What you want is all the things your saying, there is part of you saying that you don't need to change, but that part is just the drugs. I used to smoke weed every other day, and the ONLY thing that changed it was that I stopped hanging out with the people that smoked weed because of my husband (boyfriend back then) who doesn't smoke or drink anything. You have to take all of that negative out of your life, and get new friends that like things that you like, for example: Working out..You said you wanted to get fit, go to the gym and make friends there! or guitar, find people that like playing the guitar, or video games, or sports whatever! Also there's family, hang out with cousins, or brothers (as long as their clean)... It was easier for me because I left the country..But you can do it, just be strong...Goodluck
My god, I began smoking since I was 16 and I've been trying to stop for quite some time too. The craving was too much, especially with drinking, I had tried a lot products & a few failed new year resolution. I'm just too happy that I'm finally weaned, great for me & better for my boys. All I needed to do was to ease myself out of smoking, I found these vapor cigs allow me to do precisely this. I made up my mind to lower my intake everyday. I've been completely weaned for 3 months now. You need to check these out here for info on how begin: www.hoteciginfofocus.tk
Best of luck to you, stay focus and stay on the path.
Well, to be perfectly honest, you need a new set of friends. Since you like playing the guitar, hook up with some people to play with and trade some riffs. Weed makes you feel unmotivated and stupid. Drinking makes you useless. Cocaine is apparently so good that's all you can concentrate on, and your ambitions are quickly forgotten.
Lose the friends and the drugs. If you need help getting off the booze or the cocaine, there are medications for that. The Prometa Protocol has worked for cocaine. It involves taking Flumazenil and Neurontin. You could take just the Neurontin to try to get off the coke if a doctor thinks it's a good idea. Don't go to Alcoholics Anonymous or Narcotics Anonymous unless you want to hang out with folks that are just like your friends, only twenty years older with a felony record.
Best of luck.
