When will I start feeling better?!

Ok I'm 22 ive been smoking pot and drinking on and off till age 18 then at 18 I started drinking EVERYDAY and taking Xanax, Valiums on top of that and ive been to detox 5 times throughout 18-22 and went to a rehab center but left after 15 minutes relizing I don't want to be "locked down" and it was somewhat of a spirtitual awakening, but yeah my question is when will I start feeling better? I have been sober of EVERYTHING except cigarettes since 4/9/11 I have no desire to get "messed up" and have dropped all my using friends and I am so happy I pray and plan on attending church and AA meetings its a miracle! But when will the fog eventually lift? I still am kinda shaky I am done detoxing even though I have drank 2-3 times since March 28th 2011 but have not touched a thing since 4/9/11. Any advice to keep these positive flows going and know when the fog will lift?
