so i can't get rid of anxiety...what else can i do?!


Question: So i can't get rid of anxiety...what else can i do?
Why dont they have surgery!? There are people in the world that would rather do that than take 50 pills a day and still have symptoms. Medication doesn't work on me & therapy doesn't either. I'm not even scared of it...like everyone says the only thing you have to fear is fear itself. Well for most people with anxiety thats probably true but i honestly am not fearful of it. I just get it when im in certain situations.

So whats left for me? nothing really & i have understood why i have it and everything but there is nothing i can do. Like the damage is done, and i think its in your memorys, a habit, and the part of the brain that makes fight or flight.

I would happily be a guinny pig for anxiety surgery. They could just fry the part of the brain that makes fight or flight response, or cut off its circulation a bit so it doesn't work as well or only a little bit. If you dont have the part that makes anxiety then you wont have the disorder anymore. & I would rather have none & do what i want to do than have so much it controls my life.

So...you can tell me that it's unhealthy to have none & that it would be impossible to remove/destruct the fight or flight response but it's not impossible...its not deep in the brain & its not hard to miss.

I'm really frustrated about it & i've had it for a long time & i just wish that there was something that could be done for me & anyone else who feels the same way cause i would rather be dead than live like this.

I Believe you have not attacked your anxiety in the right way. You shouldnt depend on doctors and pills to take away your anxiety! if you understand where your anxiety came from thats good' because you will understand it came from repetetive negative thoughts and your brain learned to behave in this manner! theirfore it can be un-learned! if you keep thinking negative it will never go away! i have it myself mine hasnt gone yet but i trully belive in this method and im gonna start using it! its simple' if it came through reptetive negative thoughts it will go through repetetive positive thoughts and feelings of happiness!start living your life and dont let it control you! ignore it! also play alot of sports and drink and eat healthy! and no caffeine!

* I belive its only in your memory once you keep it their! if you belive its gonna stay in your memory it will! your brains a complex organ more complex beyond imagination we only use 20% of our brains! but i belive if you dont agknowledge anxiety it will eventually go away! also have you looked up charles linden?
