I woke up this morning and to my suprise....?

I had pooed the bed while I was asleep. I am sure it was me as my botty was also dirty, It was enormous and really hard. I am 30 years old and it was my wife playing a joke on me. She says I have to wear a diaper tonight!

what should I do?
