Help with panic attacks?!


Question:

Help with panic attacks?

Fisrt of all, are they something that can eventually go away and not happen anymore? Second of all, is there any natural way to stop them? Vitamins, excersize, anything? I haven't had them regualrly in my life, but the past few days I have had mild ones out of nowhere. Why do they just come up without any provocation?? I can't stand it, please help.

Also, could a lack of excersize and bad diet be a contributing factor?

I can tell you what happend to me & hopefully it will help.when I first started getting them they were really bad & all I could think about was when am I going to have another one.I would get them constantly and could not sleep at all.I talked to a doctor and found out that the adrenaline rush you get from anxiety will subside if you dont keep feeding into it.By this I mean when you start to get one sit or lay down and let it happen.Think to yourself i have been through this before & it will end in a few minutes if i just let it run its course.The hardest part is to not constantly think about when you will have the next one.Excersize definatly helped for me! Try not to eat alot of sugar or caffeine especially late in the day.I have not had one in about 5 years, so it is possible to control them.I dont know why some people get them ,or why they just hit you out of the blue but you can learn to cope with them over time.Good luck
