Have you had problems with mental health patients in the community?

Have they caused you problems?

I muist say that they have caused me continual and distressing and even dangerous problems for 25 years, aided and abetted by their doctors, inlcuding me being subject to life threatening injuries.

I wouldn't really say I have problems but there is a man who lives down the street and a few years ago he got beat up really bad and suffered from brain damage from it. Well he walks the streets everyday looking for cans to turn in for cash and looks in peoples garbage cans all the time. Well he will sometimes go through our garbage and spill it out of the bag and leave it there and leave the bags open, then I have to go out and clean up garbage out of my driveway. Also, we have a swimming pool in our backyard and it is right by the fence where the driveway is and I let my dad park his old truck in the driveway for a few months, well, ( this may just be me being paranoid ) it seems like when my daughter and her friends are out there swimming he will come up and start looking in the bed of the truck ( acting like he's looking for cans ) and the truck is only about 2 feet from where my daughter is swimming. I noticed him doing this a few times and have run him off everytime, he was back there "looking in the back of the truck" for a good 3 or 4 minutes and could clearly see NO cans in there, So I think he was looking at my daughter and her friends and they are ages 6-10, Now I will not let her go out there without someone back there.

Oh and also there was a few times that he has came in our fenced yard and took our cans that we had on our porch.
So yea I have problems with a man with mental health who trys to watch my daughter swim, spills garbage all over my driveway and steals cans from my porch.....Sorry so long.
