I need help, im going out of my mind, my husband is a compulsive gambler and he is lying to me all the time?

i know hes gambling, hes checking up on me fulltime, its like im a prisoner, i know he needs to know where iam all the time so he can operate without me finding out, i cant proove hes gambling but my gut tells me, i feel i need the proof to be able to make a decision but i dont know how! please please please help me, i cant go on like this anymore

What kind of a life are you having?? It sounds pretty awful to me, and you have a right to be happy, which is not what you sound. There are plenty of help groups available for women in your situation and they will help you. Only you can make the decision is HE worth it, I mean you staying with him. If it is going to affect your life in this way, and it obviously has, you have to make some very serious decisions, ones which may affect you for the rest of your life. It would be so easy and wonderful to give you the answers on this forum, but I don't think that is possible, we can only make suggestions which then is up to you to follow up. There is a group called Gambler's Anonymous wher you can telephone to get some help. If this is the problem you are having, they not only deal with the people who have the problem but help the families of addicted gambler's as well. I hope everythinhg goes well for you, so give it some thought and don't do anything rash which you may regret, stay calm, or calm as you can and get proper help.
