How come some people are obssessed with madonna?
my best firend sarah (aged 25) she's been a madonna fan for years, just enough to be called a fan, not completly mad either but she always talks about madonna's life, she dreams of having the life of madonna, etc... and so on.
(she sings too by the way)
why's that?

Ok. I am 22 and I am obsessed with Madonna. Everything she does is so amazing. From her music to her help with everything in Africa. Madonna has been through it all. While quite possibly being one of the most famous people on this planet and has been both ridiculed and worshiped. She has grown into a wonderful person. Why is it so hard to believe that your friend is obsessed with Madonna? She is a wonderful role model. People can see what she did and find its ok to just be yourself no matter how much society or anyone hates it or you for it. And for teaching me that lesson I praise her. And its good to have someone to look up to, and who better than Madonna?
And I am a pretty obsessive person and I realize it. I would do anything in my power to meet her. Even if it meant I would have to die the next day. I'd be worth it. I hope you understand your friend's obessesion. She would love it. And it will make her feel like maybe someone cares for her because you tolerate her love for something.
