Hi, i've been diagnosed with major depressive disorder, and I have beem having extreme mood swings. I've had them for a while, but lately they seem to be worse. I get extremely irritated, i seem angry most of the time, everyting seems to tick me off. And also have periods where i'm extremely depressed and im getting tired of the mood swings. It's like happy and then pissed off and then depressed. What could be wrong?

Did your doctor explain to you the nature and symptoms about your condition? Obviously, if you are diagnosed with a major depressive disorder, you are likely to see severe mood swings that you cannot explained. You find it hard to control the fact that you can be extremely happy one moment and the next, feel utter dispair.
The first step forward is to get educated about your condition.
