Does George Bush have mental issues?
Sometimes he'll get asked a question, but when it's time for him to answer, sometimes he'll pause for so long where I think he can't come up with an answer, but then he does. Sometimes it takes like 10-15seconds or something.

I would bet money the man has mental issues. I think his long pauses are because he is listening to whoever is speaking in his earpiece, trying to save his butt on questions. He is a joke.
