Anyone Has Stress??
does any one have any way to relieve stress.. ?
apart from yoga! coz its very hard for me!!!
I wanna be able to do sumthing at home, i have a busy n stressfull schedule.. so dont tell me to chill n take things easy!! :P

The best way is to try and reduce the stress levels you have to face then you must get proper sleep , relax in a hot bath, meditation, call some one you are comfortable to talk with and they are willing listeners and chat ,Take some time out just for you ,exercise can be a reliever also or get a punch bag and take your stress out boxing at home, Read a book , listen to relaxation music,lay down for a short nap even if you only lay with eyes closed and clear your mind of all thoughts
you said you have a bust schedule but if you burn out you will have no choice but to slow down and then you lose every thing
Don`t turn to drugs or alcohol as these only increase the stress levels as they take over your life
