If my ex-husband and i have bi-polar,what are the chances?

what are the chances that our daughter will have it? she is 15 and i've noticed more mood swings recently. i understand it could just be,that she is a hormonal teen,lol

she really is a good kid.i was blessed.she isnt interested in dating right now.she watchs all her friends go thru their own emotion hell(ya know how it was dating when you were a teen! lmao!!). she knows education is very important right now. all in all, she has a good head on her shoulders.it just the damn mood swings,lol!!

you can't be sure until she is 18 as personality disorders can not be diagnosed until the individual is that age. I work in the mental health field, and would say that she has maybe a slightly higher chance to develop bipolar disorder, but she is too young to diagnose. Good luck!
