-thinking up an imaginary world, obsessing over it, and then things happening and believing this world has come to life and that you will have to kill yourself in half a year
-extreme paranoia of people, at one time thinking you were retarded and no one was telling you, at another thinking you are much wiser than the rest of the world, little understanding of yourself and the people around you, very suspicious
