What the hell is going on?!

Question:

What the hell is going on?

All righty... What the hell?

I decide because I have work tomorrow, its 4 AM I have to be up in 3 and a half hours I should get some sleep. This isnt the issue, I have had this happen regardless of when I need to wake up.

I play music when I sleep or bad stuff happens.

When I play music, recently I have been hearing voices. Singing with the music, humming with it. I just get a feeling someone is at my computer, walks over to me and hums into my ear, and it echoes, like repeats itself.

After this happened twice, and I heard my chair squeak, like it was turning towards me, I got up and talked to a friend, then layed back down. Ten seconds later my pillow POPPED. Made a popping sound and rippled. it didnt really, but it seemed real. I am going crazy here... I can't sleep without music. If I try then I hear crashes, and things whispering without the music, which is even freakier. They make up their own things to say, not just lyrics. Things simple like "I like snakes." Stupid ****.

Skinhead susie don't be mad I complained at you for your idea of... What was it?

"Aborting all the niglets?" Something along those lines. Don't stalk me on these boards. Don't be a wuss do come at me in person some time.

For further information, i cannot seek psychiatric help. I have a less than tolerable relation with my parents, and am barely 15 years old. And no I don't believe in ghosts.

Thank you for the sentiment though.

I am listening to Evanescence.

And on the subject of PETA, witty comment. But mock my convictions, or my loyalties, as well as my mental problems, I will exhibit another one of my mental problems. A bipolar fit of rage. You will be left bleeding on the sidewalk after I smash you into the ground, bro.

Answers:

Most importantly, this does NOT mean that you are crazy. Seeing a doctor is a good first step- a lot of schools can help you to arrange an appointment at a free clinic. It sounds like sleep deprivation is probably AT LEAST contributing to a pre-existing problem. And acknowledging and therefore fearing it may be triggering more. That isn't to say that it isn't very real and very frightening. Also- I mean no disrespect but any usage of...mind-altering substances... can contribute to this.If you take any drugs it would be a good idea to stop and see if it helps. Caffeine included. If you are on any medication for mental health conditions this can also cause these symptoms as side-effects- although I suspect from what you said about your parents that this is not the case.
The thing is that when your mind starts doing things that frighten you and make you think "this isn't me" it's time to find out what is going on. And chances are that this isn't you, and that someone in your life can help you to get the help you need- a friend, therapist, teacher, religious leader or whatever. Even though your parents might not act like they care, if they see that there is really something wrong (and you're not just attention-seeking which you're totally not I know) they will WANT to help. They might not help but they will want to. Parents have a tendency not to know how to help their teenagers. But if you tell them what you need from them they will be able to support you. I hope this helps. If you need someone to talk to my hotmail.com is bizeeiz_ls3 . Good luck xo
