Is there a specific drug which cures paranoia?!

Question:

Is there a specific drug which cures paranoia?

I was recently diagnosed with bipolar 1 disorder, I was admitted to a psychiatric ward a month ago after 4 suicide attempts. What happened was I was smoking too much pot, I wasn't sleeping and eating, I was just drinking beer and smoking the whole time, then I took ecstacy, I vomitted and then the next thing I knew, I am already paranoid to all the people around me. I committed suicide believing that it's the only way that can solve my problems. I was in a state of delusion, I can't trust anyone. Until now I'm still not sure if someone's really after me because I was really convinced during that time that someone's out there to kill me.. but it has gotten better than before. I'm taking seroquel now btw..

Answers:

I strongly suggest you do exactly as your mental health professionals say, because people with bipolar disorder are at extremely high risk of suicide.

As for paranoia, please check out the Wikipedia link below on it and bipolar disorder.

Sodium Valproate and Lithium seem to be the two most commonly-used treatments for bipolar, and it is interesting that you are taking neither of these.
