i started cutting about a year ago.
everytime i tell myself its the last time, but i cant.
it jsut takes the pain away, and i feel so alive.
how can i stop!?
i know how bad it is...
just my mind keeps coming back to it, when i feel like giving up.

i know exactly how you feel, its addicting. i stoped for a while by just always keeping myself occupied. but then the need was to strong, and i got back into it again. if you want to talk about email me.
