Sexual Abuse on children?
what are the long term psychological effects of sexual abuse on children? i do not mean rape but everything else other than actual intercourse. how can these effects be dealt?
Answers:
The child has great difficulty in trusting others esp those of th e abuser's sex and they would feel guilty, and have lower self esteem. They grow to blame themselves for all tat's happened and even feel guilty abt havin sexual thoughts!
