I'm still sad and it happend a year ago.....?!

I'm still sad and it happend a year ago.....?

Last year between the months of February to November my three grandparents all passed away. I only had three and they all passed away so quickly and it all came at me at once....Is it bad that i can't completley get over their deathes? Sometimes when i'm by myself i just begin to feel upset or sad because i'm becoming successful and my sports are taking me places but they're all not here to cheer me on.. Am I just in some stupid phase or what?

No you are not in a stupid phase you are still grieving and that takes time.. especially losing three people so close to you almost at once.. Anyone would be sad and heartbroken over this.. I am truly sorry for your loss..
In time it won't hurt as much but they are always going to be in your heart and mind.. with memories that nobody can take from you..
And as for your sports, know in your heart they are there and cheering you on from wherever they may be... keep up the spirit hun... and God Bless
