The real answer is that it makes you feel at peace (at least that is what my mother said), she also left me in the dumpster at the age of 4 for a couple of hours and let my brother rape me so while she was at peace i was at terror so remeber that if you are asking this question to try it, it may make you feel better at the time but believe me she regrets it now after (she got jail time, caught hepitits, has no teeth, and sold her self just to get the next ride) it nw and believe me the people around you will pay ten times worse (family, friends, loved ones, ect.) and if you think no1 cares bout you....someone does but you may no even notice it cause you to worried about the other ones you wnt to care for you.
