ok if you send a barbie looking girl in to get the job as a attorneis assistant, has no expireince and has no degree. and then send in the obese woman, she has a degree, and 2 yrs of expeirence. who do think will get the job......

It depends on the job interviewer. If there is a lonely man who doesn't care about his business and wants a painting rather than a painter, then the barbie girl would have a better chance of getting the job. But if there is somebody who really cares about the company, or is a girl, then the woman with a degree and two years of experience would get the job. Or in other words...the painter.
