Another Xanax question?!

Another Xanax question?

Has anyone ever heard of something like this?

A healthy 26 year old female, feeling of tightness in chest and shoulders for about 3 months. Using Xanax when the feeling comes on, and the tightness goes away?

If this is happening, the tightness and soreness goes away with the use of Xanax...what coudl be causign the chest discomfort?

The discomfort is there everyday, normally upon waking up, and like I said has been there for about 3 months now.

I am finally working with a doctor about this, but am interested in opinions now.

F.Y.I. I am also on Lexapro for generalized anxiety disorder. So yes, I am likely to think that this is from anxiety...but wanted other opinions too. Like I said, I am working with a doctor as well, but I wanted to hear what others think...especially people who might have been through this too.

After having my heart checked, I have MVP, and Anxiety, which is why I have the tighting in my chest...i have even been awakened at night by an anxiety attack....I guess this really didn't help, but at least you know youre not alone!
