For those with or have had depression?

i have depression and im finding it really hard to express to friends how i feel when my friend turns up i think right ill tell her the truth today i feel totally rubbish please can you help, shes there to help me a she is my support worker for the local support team im having but when she turns up i put on this brave face and say im totally fine when really this thing in me is saying no you are not, im also finding it hard to release my anger im bottling it up and up and one day i feel like im gonna explode, how do or did you release yours im stuck in this black hole and cant get out

Is this person your friend, or a mental health worker? Sounds like you need to talk with a mental health worker - a social worker or therapist. Especially to talk about your anger, which is contributing to your depression. If this person is a professional, she's there to help you. You could start by telling her how you need to talk but how hard it is to begin. If you're not comfortable talking to her, find someone else who helps you to open up. You don't have to stay depressed; you should find help.

If you're not on medication, go to a doctor or clinic who will give you meds. They really work to alleviate depression, if not to cure it.

If this person is a friend and not trained in mental health, you could tell her you're depressed but don't go into the details unless she asks. It's a heavy thing to place on someone not trained to deal with it.
