Should I stop worrying about stress?


Answers:

The answer is yes and no. Yes, you should concern yourself with stress because extreme stress can cause many physical and mental problems with it. But no, you shouldn't be overly concerned about stress because that can bring on more stress.

My best advice where stress is concerned is to have a sense of balance in your life. I wake up every morning going through a gratitude list which starts out my day on a positive note. I continue to control my stress by setting up boundaries and sticking to them. They can be too numerous to answer, but healthy boundaries create balance which help control stress.
