Construction Site Nightmare Compensation?
I live next door to a school which has been demolished and is being rebuilt. I am a night worker, and at 08:00 this "warzone" next door wakes me up, interupting my sleep patterns causing me to be sleep deprived. They make so much and have impacted negatively on my life in a big way. Is there any form of compensation i can claim for this inconvenience?

If you have gone thru the steps of notifying them verbally, then in writing, then with an attorney. At this point if they have not done something to help reduce the noise then you will most likely not be able to do anything.
