I took celexa Monday night end ended up feeling like death.?
I had to call out of work because I couldn't drive and I only got a few hours of sleep. Then I threw up all day and my stomach was tore up. I was so confused I couldn't remember anything that would happen a few moments from earlier. My head hurt so bad I just kept crying. Did anyone else have really bad side effects from it? I am on 20 Mg. What did you do to help?

Call your doctor right away. Run, don't walk, to the phone.
Different medications for mental illness affect different people, well, differently. (that wasn't repetitively repetive, was it?!)
It can be a hit-n-miss thing to treat mood disorders. It was for me. But once you find the one that works for you - it's definitely worth it.
CALL YOUR DOCTOR.
And if he/she can't get you in - call a different one.
