Phobia- needles?!
Question:
Phobia- needles?
I'm phobic of needles, and I'm having my physical tomorrow. Does anyone have any techniques to help me when I'm in sheer terror?
Also, how can i make the lancet thing hurt less (can i ask them to prick me somewhere else)?

ask your doctor ahead of time (about 4-5 hours) before you get the shot if you could have some Emila cream which completely numbs your skin. I hate getting shots too so i just ask for that and put it on for a few hours and when the needle goes in I dont feel a thing.
