How do you sign credentials....?!

Question:

How do you sign credentials....?

I work in mental health and I have a Bachelors. I have to credential everything with B.A. but I just got a certification as a behavioral health tech (CBHT). How should I add this to my signature- or do I even need to add it at all? Would I use one over the other (for example a PhD wouldnt bother using a BA or MA after receiving a PhD, you know)? But in this case the BA required more education than the behavioral health tech certification- sorry, confusing, I know.

Answers:

You will only want to sign your name with CBHT if you are working in the field or applying for a job within the field. Since CBHT is a certification and not a degree, it functions as an additional credential after your BA. Since neither title can assume the other, you will want to keep both. This is how you would sign your name:

Jane/John Doe, B.A., CBHT
