For drunks... it depends how the alcohol affects the parent
if they are abusive drunks then it can make them detest them and people who drink or ultimately lead them to depend on alcohol themselves because they have learned from a young age that alcohol is a method to ease your problems
If in moderation they probably just engage in drinking as a social activity as they get older with a more positive attitude towards it
