Question:

What i think, what i know, and what i feel are 3 different things?

I have to deal with what alot of people deal with: a problamatic family, a stressfull home life, and im VERY confused about my living situation. Im a teen, and i dont feel like anyone listens to me or respects me (cliche' i know) , and people dont think i understand whats going on.
Im not sure who i should talk to.

You sound like a very normal teenager, actually. It's not at unusual at all for people to know, think and feel three conflicting and different things. I don't know what your family situation is, but the first people to try talking to would logically be your parents. Crazy as that sounds, they are actually around to help you and most parents are willing. Failing that, if you are in school, there are school counsellors who will be willing and able to help. If you have a religious or spiritual advisor, they will listen. In fact, even if you are not a regular church going kind of person, ministers, rabbis, and priests will still be willing to listen and help, or can get you in touch with others who can if need be. You may also try talking to another trusted adult, family member or the parent of a good friend you can trust. There are any number of adults that will listen and try to help you. A word of caution, though, being a teenager means sometimes there is a gap between what you need to hear and want to hear, and what you may think is a major problem is not such a big problem to an adult. Most of the things that stress teenagers are age related, and even themselves out or disappear in time. You are not weird, by any means, and the confusion you feel is pretty normal. Just find somebody you trust, and talk it out. Sometimes just talking will solve things, and make you feel better.
