Foods that support the memory:
Antioxidants: Vitamin C, E, selenium, cartenoids =
Citrus Fruits, broccoli, spinach, seafood, carrots, sweet potatoes
Omega 3 fatty acids = Oily fish, Tuna, Salmon, Anchovies, olive oil
B Vitamins: B1,3,6 and 12= Poultry, Milk, Cereal , nuts, wholegrains, leafy vegies
Minerals: magnesium, boron, zinc = Apples, pears, beans, peas, whole wheat, nuts, shellfish, dark turkey meat
