PLEASE HELP ANOREXIA QUESTIONS - Ok my bf is anorexic and Im really concerned I mean he had tuna on a rice -?

cake yesterday and felt bad, Its really getting me concerned....Getting him help isnt an opinion he wont go please no comments on that as they ARE NOT helpful. His sis keeps telling him he had a belly for peat sakes its like nothing no inch not even 1/2 an inch he looks great.....Then again his sis is also surprise anorexic at 5'8 shes less than 120lbs...now she has her 8 year old on a diet again kids fine not even over weight (this is sad) I dont have access to the sis so cant say anything although id love to...... as far as he goes should I ignore it , keep telling him even though it doesnt get through he looks great ( I mean he really does) I mean I dont know what to do I myself am chubby not fat but at the very end of what I should be and he says Im not fat ??????? Im confused I mean I dont know what to say or ask I just need advice and help to deal

He says Im ok but then says hes fat????? BTW thank heavens I dont care about my weight only my health this is all about him

YOU SHOULD GET HIM TO A DOC. THIS SOUNDS VERY SERIOUS!
