it sucks cause ill be doing fine for awhile and then just give up and not give a **** anymore. Im not cut out for the rat race. What am i gonna do? im very sick and tired of starting over because i end up ******* everything off. I have three kids that depend on me and i just am not able to keep up.

That used to be me...right down to the three kids.
I finally discussed it with my doctor. She prescribed Effexor XR and my family and I see a HUGE difference.
By taking care of yourself, you are setting a positive example to your children.
Is there someone you can talk to about your struggle? Can you get a sitter and have time for you? (This is very important.)
