How do I find a therapist?
I just moved to a new city, I don't really know anyone here yet so I can't get any recommendations from them, I also haven't found a doctor yet, but I will probably work on that soon. I really need to find a counselor or therapist because I have some pretty difficult issues to deal with.
any advice on how to start looking?

You can try the yellow pages, an online search, or if you have insurance call them and ask for agencies/individual practices that accept your insurance.
