Meds for anxiety?
how do i go about getting on anxiety meds? do i just have to visit my doc or therapist (dont see any now) but thinking im starting to need something a bit dtronger....im on a strong dose of st johns wort-natural stuff....its helping but i think i ned something stronger....but not too strong and nothing with heavy side affects....any suggestions?

Antivan is great foro anxiety it's not "heavy" but it works, ask your doctor for a RX
